My Transformation Story

Hi, I’m John McCormack BSc in Strength & Conditioning, Personal Trainer and certified Martial Arts Instructor.

Like so many of us out there, well being, fitness and feeling great does not come naturally. I know that personally because I have dedicated over 20 years of my life through education, learning and trial and error to have formulated customised training programs that get genuine results. I have made so many mistakes on my own personal journey to fitness that I care not remember. From super early workouts to training 2 times a day, press-ups before bed, competitions and the rest, you name it I’ve tried it.

Eating the wrongs foods, not knowing what to cook or where to look for guidance when trying to put a sensible meal together has at times being really frustrating whilst seeing no real weight reduction or muscle gain.

My simple yet effective 21 Day challenge is for you. If you follow this plan over the 3 weeks you will get results. Of that I am sure! See you on the other side.
