Gym facility is open to all our members during our Open Gym schedule. This is the only state of the art gym in the nation where you can train martial arts, personal training, strength and conditioning classes, pursue athletic development and have membership to a state of the art recovery room, ALL UNDER THE ONE ROOF!! This part of the facility is where the classes and personal training will take place as well as the strength and conditioning sessions with teams.

Athletic testing is also carried out here at J.M.C Elite

Fitness testing or athletic testing is a great way to measure and assess an athlete’s ability as it relates to their strength, power, flexibility and aerobic fitness. This test also helps athlete’s to determine which part they should improve and can set a goal to achieve and improve their health-related fitness. The tests we do in this part of the facility is as follows:
