The Contrast Room now at J.M.C Elite gym Portlaoise

The Contrast Room is the first recovery room in Laois and the only recovery room in Ireland to provide full body cryotherapy via a cryochamber. This room is apart of the J.M.C Elite gym facility. This is a talk i done about the room and the difference between cryotherapy baths and using cryochambers (liquid nitrogen).
